Welcome to Gittings Global 2024 Photography Conference InfoHub. The team has been busy planning the conference and we look forward to seeing you all soon. For starters, this will be your resource for all things conference related.
**If you will be extending your stay, our rates are available to attendees for three days prior and post. If interested, let us know to put on the spreadsheet ASAP so we can ensure availability. Our secured rate is $169/night.
Once you book your flight please send flight details to Debra Benton at dcbenton25@gmail.com. A list will be created and shared to coordinate ride share options to/from the airport to reduce your travel expenses.

We’ve been busy planning and preparing a weekend packed full with sessions that are designed to elevate your photography business and expand your skillset. Meet new friends and reconnect with colleagues, pick up new tools to serve clients better, and train in areas that matter to you and the team.

Dress and grooming suggestions for the conference we ask that you adhere to business casual attire.

A visit to St. Somewhere Spa is just like a relaxing island escape for the mind, body, and soul. Their spa offerings include massages, body therapies, skin treatments, facials, and salon services inspired by the tropics which can be upgraded in a private poolside cabana.

If you’re ready to dip your toes into the warm water and soft sands be sure to visit the island oasis right outside your room. Servers will be there to make sure your drink never turns empty, and a poolside food menu is available.

Here are some helpful tips from the team to help you prepare your bags and plan your transportation upon arriving at MCO
The hotel itself stays pretty cold so be sure to pack some layers. The weather is forecasted to remain very humid with daily rain storms.
As a reminder, don’t forget to mention that you are attending the Gittings Conference to receive a 15% discount at the Spa and Retail shop.
For ride-sharing purposes I’ve grouped arrivals in similar timeframes. If you are interested in sharing a ride to the hotel please reach out to those that in your similar arrival time and trade phone numbers and each others flight detail.
