Is my baby too Little?

Not at all. We’ve photographed children at every age and stage. For babies who aren’t sitting up yet, we use gentle props and soft swaddling to create a calm, safe setup nestled right beside one of our guest bunnies. Your Gittings photographer knows how to work at your child’s pace, whatever that looks like on the day.

What is the age limit?

This session is exclusively for children 18 and under.

Can I include siblings in the portrait?

Yes, up to 3 siblings are welcome to join, however, only one framed image will be included. You are welcome to purchase additional images and frames à la carte if you wish.

What if my child is having an off day?

It happens, and we’re very experienced with it. Our photographers are skilled at working gently with children who are shy, fussy, or just not feeling it — and the bunnies have a way of helping. We’ll take our time and follow your child’s lead.

How long does the session take?

The portrait session itself is approximately 30 minutes. We’ll also schedule a separate screening appointment afterward so you can view your images comfortably and make your selections without feeling rushed.

What should my child wear?

Simple, timeless clothing photographs beautifully and keeps the focus your child’s expression. Our photographers recommend classic neutrals, soft pastels, and muted prints. Avoid large logos or very busy patterns. When in doubt, think timeless over trendy. If you’d like guidance before your session, we’re happy to help.

Are digital images included?

Digital images are not included with the session, but they are available for individual purchase à la carte. Please see our pricing page for details.

Can I view my portrait selections online?

Portrait selections are made during a dedicated in-studio screening appointment, scheduled separately from your session. Home monitors vary widely in color accuracy, and there’s simply no substitute for seeing your portraits projected at full size to compare your images side by side. Your satisfaction with the final portrait is of the utmost importance to us, and experiencing the images this way ensures we can tailor every detail to the exacting standards you deserve.

Can I purchase more than the Included Petite Portrait?

Yes. After your session, we will schedule a time for you to come back in to view all of your images at an in-studio screening and select additional portraits, collections, or products à la carte. What is the Storybook and how do I add it to my session?

The Storybook is a beautifully crafted album where your child takes center stage in their own enchanting tale. Featuring a series of carefully curated images from their session alongside hand-drawn illustrations, this bespoke book transforms their Bunny Portrait Experience into a timeless story.

How does the donation to the Junior League work?

A portion of each session fee is donated by Gittings directly to the Junior League. You do not need to do anything additional.
