Twenty-eight of our associate photographers gathered together at the Mokara Hotel and Spa to build camaraderie, share best practices, execute various photography techniques, and review our process for helping law firms achieve high quality and consistent look across multiple locations.
“Our law firm clients value and appreciate our ability to deliver consistent lawyer portraits across multiple office locations. This is achieved because we only hire experienced photographers who have spent years honing their skills and then we integrate them into our highly refined process. Our annual conference is just one of many touchpoints we have with our photography team throughout the year,” says Greg Lorfing, CEO and Creative Director.
This year’s keynote speaker was fashion photographer and author, Lindsay Adler. She presented techniques for posing subjects in creative and flattering ways that our global photography team can test and implement with our law firm clients.
“By spending this time reviewing our process and educating our team on the latest best practices, we feel confident in our ability to deliver high quality and consistent law firm portraits,” says Barry Benton, Regional Director, and Executive Portrait Photographer.
The company also ran several contests throughout the conference to keep the event fun and engaging, including photo contests that represented several themes: San Antonio, Music, and Beauty. The photographers were not allowed to enhance their photos and had to print them on-site. Prizes included an iPad, and Apple Watch, and many other amazing prizes.
