Welcome to Gittings Global 2022 Photography Conference InfoHub. The team has been busy planning the conference and we look forward to seeing you all soon. For starters, this will be your resource for all things conference related.

**If you will be extending your stay, our rates are available to attendees for three days prior and post. If interested, let us know to put on the spreadsheet ASAP so we can ensure availability. Our secured rate is $169/night.

Once you book your flight please send flight details to Kim@gittings.com. A list will be created and shared to coordinate ride share options to/from the airport to reduce your travel expenses.

We’ve been busy planning and preparing a weekend packed full with sessions that are designed to elevate your photography business and expand your skillset. Meet new friends and reconnect with colleagues, pick up new tools to serve clients better, and train in areas that matter to you and the team.

Please use the agenda below as a guide to assist you in planning your food and entertainment on evenings outside of group events that are being hosted by Gittings Global.

Considering the conference is being held at a beach style resort we ask that you adhere to Resort/Smart Casual Attire. Think well-fitting, polished business wear with elements of casual attire—think blouses, polo shirts, button-downs, chinos, dress pants, dark-wash jeans, and polished, practical footwear. For women, appropriate attire includes blouses, elegant sleeveless shirts and dressy tops, dress pants, dark jeans, dresses and skirts, and blazers or cardigans all in beautiful prints, colors and soft fabrics. For men, appropriate attire includes Polo-style shirts, long or short-sleeved button-down shirts, semi-formal pants, dress slacks or dark jeans.

Transportation to and from the airport to the resort will need to be scheduled as a part of your travel arrangements. Margaritville recommends Uber and Lyft for your hotel/airport transportation.

As spectacular as all the entertainment options are in the area, there’s also plenty to do at the resort. There is so much to choose from whether you’d like to indulge in a spa treatment, take a dip in the pool or even make a splash at the waterpark. They have made it easier to organize your stay at the resort by downloading and using the Margaritaville App. You will have the ability to see all events and activities available and make reservations, if necessary.
