Our price includes:

The photography session

1 retouched, high-resolution digital image of each person, cropped to your specifications

1 web-sized image

1 image cropped for LinkedIn

  • Each person will view his or her proofs and make their pose selection at the time of the photography
  • Standard retouching on all of our images includes, but is not limited to softening facial lines, lightening under the eyes, and removing stray hairs (other retouching requests made by the client at the time of the session are also included at no additional cost)

Prices are based on the number of people photographed, with each session being booked consecutively every 15 minutes. Below is the pricing scale for your reference:

1 Person: $650

2 People: $425/each

3-6 People: $325/each

7-11 People: $275/each

12+ People: $250/each

Processing time for 1-9 people is 48-72 business hours (delivered via email link)

Processing time for ten or more people is 5-7 business days (delivered via email link)

To accommodate the photographers’ lights and equipment and to have the proper distance between the camera and subject, we need an approximate area of 15 x 20 feet. Typically, a large conference room works well.

 

Studio Photography (at any Gittings Studio)

Our price includes:

The photography session

1 retouched, high-resolution digital image of each person, cropped to your specifications

1 web-sized image

1 image cropped for LinkedIn

  • Each person will view his or her proofs and make their pose selection at the time of the photography
  • Standard retouching on all of our images includes, but is not limited to softening facial lines, lightening under the eyes, and removing stray hairs (other retouching requests made by the client at the time of the session are also included at no additional cost)

The price for a studio session is $350 per person (15-30 minutes)

Processing time is 48-72 business hours (delivered via email link)

Scheduling

-We will gather some basic information regarding your office locations via the links below. After we enter the information into our system, we will send a link and log in information to the “Gittings Global Client Portal” Here, you will be able to:

  • View photographer availability
  • Schedule appointments
  • Access your photo library

The Client Portal is intuitive and easy to use; however, our Client Success team will happily schedule a call to walk through it with you. Multiple people from your company can be set up to use the client portal.

Please provide the name, title, email, direct phone number of the person who will be the main contact of each location.

Local Contact Spreadsheet

Should you have more than 4 or so people to schedule, we can offer a custom “Enterprise” scheduler. You will choose a day for the photography then provide specific information for each person that will be invited to have their portrait made via this spreadsheet: Scheduler Template. After we receive and upload the information to our system, we will provide a custom link and a password (please allow a minimum of 3 business days to build the scheduler link). The link and password should be sent to each person for them to login and schedule their own appointment for the agreed upon day. Please note: The client or their office admin is responsible for monitoring the sign-up process to avoid additional charges for time reserved, but not used (i.e. reserving enough time for 20 people and only having 7 actually sign up). We recommend sending the link out a minimum of 2 weeks prior to photography day. Once someone signs in and schedules their appointment, they will receive a confirmation email. Reminder emails will also be sent out 24 hours before each confirmed appointment.

 

COI Information (Certificate of Insurance)

If your building management company requires a COI for us to be on property, please provide us with a sample COI and requirements to submit to our insurance company: help@gittings.com 

Cancelation or Rescheduling Fees

Cancelation/Rescheduling Policy:
If you find it necessary to make any changes to an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible to prevent incurring any cancelation fees.

When a scheduled photographer is canceled within 48 hours of the first session, client will be billed 50% of the minimum billing for the time reserved, plus any non-refundable expenses such as travel.

When a scheduled photographer is canceled within 24 hours of the first session, client will be billed 100% of the minimum billing for the time reserved, plus any non-refundable expenses such as travel.
