SafeHaven is the largest agency in Tarrant County that provides no-cost services to help women and children find support in a safe community. Gittings Supports a Legacy Event
Gittings has a long-standing relationship with SafeHaven to create portraits of the women who are honored at each year’s Legacy of Women Awards event.
For this year’s event, we created portraits of the 10 women who will be recognized for their commitment to advocating against domestic violence and providing aid to the Fort Worth community. It’s important to us to tell the story of each of these women through the power of photography.
The portraits will be displayed at the 26th annual Legacy of Women Awards event scheduled for October 18 at the Fort Worth Convention Center.

Additionally, this year’s event features former NFL player Troy Vincent, who is now the Executive VP of Football Operations for the NFL.
Mr. Vincent is considered a leading national advocate against domestic violence and sexual assault. As the keynote speaker, he will be sharing his personal story of growing up in a home where domestic violence was prevalent and discussing his lifelong commitment to ending domestic violence and sexual assault.
