Our priority has been to be available for our clients throughout the last eight weeks as needed. We have purposefully been sensitive to the fact that our clients have increased their own communication efforts for their firms. With this, we have had firms request existing images be modified, or for additional poses of leaders to be created.
We have spent numerous hours reviewing our systems and processes to ensure they are the best possible for our clients. Some of this includes updating our photographer guidelines to ensure safety and satisfaction during this time. We are preparing an online client portal to provide our clients access to all of the information about those we have photographed for them over the years. They will be able to access past sessions and invoices, as well as pay current invoices and book future sessions.
As a professional photography agency, we have photographers throughout the world and have begun photographing for cities and clients as they come back online. We are looking forward to being behind the camera again when your firm is ready.
